    Eretz Sisterhood

Women who understand how powerful they are, do not give into envy over meaningless things, instead they fight to maintain the beautiful bond of the sisterhood. These are the real women who know that we need each other’s LOVE and support to survive in this world. LOVE is the essence of being a woman. We must be that light that seals the bond and unique beauty of our sisterhood”

From its inception, the ladies of the Sisterhood Committee of Eretz Cultural Center played a large and active role in making the dream of its founders, and its ever-expanding activities and goals come true. Sisterhood Committee of Eretz Cultural Center takes pride in having been ready, willing, and able to help all charitable organizations, regardless of their religious, civil, or national affiliation achieve their goals. Among these, we can name the following:

    • A.D.L.

    • The Jewish National Fund.

    • School for special children

    • City of Hope

As in their family, the ladies of the Sisterhood Committee are the heartbeat of the Eretz Cultural Center and provide the life blood of its charitable activities.

    Youth Club

The Eretz Youth Club strives to create a welcoming environment for today’s youth with the purpose of sharing with them the rich tapestry of Jewish history.

Our  Program is guided on Torah principals and we put an emphasis on teaching Jewish fundamentals – Aleph-Bet, Tefilla, Parasha – as well as proper Middot, respect for elders, kindness to one another and lastly a love of Israel.

Our youth program has grown tremendously in the last few years and we now have just finished our youth center (located downstairs) and have multiple programs for different age groups. Our youth are all well mannered and come from amazing homes. We have a weekly youth-only service and kiddush, fabulous prizes, and tons of activities to keep our precious souls well natured and excited to come back.

We look forward to making you part of our Eretz family!

    Youth Services

Youth Services at ESCC champions all the best that Shabbat Services have to offer. The children at ESCC Youth raise their voices in Tefilla (Prayers), excitedly shout answer after answer in Aleph Beth Champ, sit riveted during Weekly Parasha/Holiday review, get deep in discussion with the Teen Corner, admire the tales told about the Jewish Hero of the Week, play a variety of interactive group-oriented Games, look forward to and participate enthusiastically in the Monthly Raffle and enjoy delicious food and treats in our very own Youth Kiddush (Kids only zone! No parents allowed!) which is always followed by Candy and Snack Bazaar!

    Young Adults

There is this myth that after you graduate college and before you have kids there’s really no place for you at a synagogue. ERETZ YAD is here to squash that myth.

ERETZ YAD is the Young Adult Division of ERETZ Synagogue, for those in their 20’s and 30’s. Our mission is to create a rich community for Jewish young professionals through social events, inspiring lectures, intimate gatherings, and acts of community service. Through our programs, we hope to create a more deeply connected and flourishing Jewish community throughout Los Angeles and beyond!

We look forward to having our community of young adults join our program and help grow our ERETZ YAD family.
